Working Together

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and you may be wondering if it’s right for you.

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important first step.

To help with this, I offer a free 15-minute call to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit. Following this, we can arrange an initial consultation where I can learn more about your background and concerns.

​

If we decide to proceed, we’ll agree on a regular day and time for your sessions.  

These will take place weekly and last 50 minutes.

For therapy to be most effective, regular attendance is important.
