
Working Together
Starting therapy can feel daunting and finding a therapist
you feel comfortable with is an important first step.​
​
To support this, I offer a free 15-minute call where we can briefly discuss
what is bringing you to therapy and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
​
If you decide to continue, we can arrange an initial consultation, where I can learn more about your background and the concerns you would like to explore.
​
If we agree to work together, we will schedule a regular weekly session held on the same day and time each week. Sessions last 50 minutes.
​
Regular attendance is important, as consistency helps therapy to be most effective.​​
​
Sessions can take place in Pangbourne (RG8), Henley (RG9) and Paddington (W2), as well as online.
