About Me
About me
I have always been drawn to supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges.

I offer a safe space where you will be met without judgement and can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore any difficulties you are facing and uncover the strengths you bring, creating room for growth and deeper understanding.

Whether you’re currently struggling, seeking greater self-awareness, or wishing to explore your thoughts and feelings more deeply, I’m here to support you.

My approach is collaborative and empathetic.
I’m here to walk with you,
not to tell you where to go.

We’ll move forward together at your pace,
in a way that feels right for you.

"We are not problems to be solved, but mysteries to be explored."
